Principal & CoFounder
Martin Narendorf is the principal and co-founder of AMN Engineering, bringing over 40 years of leadership from his career as a Vice President at a major U.S. utility company. With expertise in transmission and distribution (T&D), substation design, and utility operations, Martin has overseen critical infrastructure projects, navigated regulatory landscapes, and driven resilience initiatives—skills he now channels into tailored consulting solutions. A seasoned industry veteran, he holds a deep network of utility and energy contacts, enabling AMN to deliver swift, impactful results.
Trey Narendorf
CoFounder, Key Consultant
Trey Narendorf is a co-founder and key consultant at AMN Engineering, working alongside his father, Martin, to grow the firm. With a hands-on role in project management and client relations, Trey brings a modern perspective to the company’s electricity design and optimization services. Leveraging Martin’s mentorship and industry expertise, he focuses on integrating emerging technologies and streamlining operations for AMN’s clients.
